- Because every Hearth & Hound item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If something's wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Custom/personalized items can't be refunded unless defective.
